The Willow Nook goodies are individually created by hand, no single piece looks exactly the same.  

Individual items may take up to 4 business days to be shipped. 

If you require express post or need an item to be shipped as soon as possible, please get into contact with us as soon as your order is placed. 

Please provide your email address upon checking out to receive delivery updates.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post you will receive a tracking number.

Once lodgement of your order with Australia Post is complete The Willow Nook takes no further responsibility for the delivery of your order. Any further enquiries regarding your order need to be taken up with Australia Post.
