How long do I burn my candle for?

To ensure the perfect burn, we suggest burning your candle for no more than 4 hours. This will allow the wax to evenly burn down the jar, avoiding any tunnelling. 

Do I need to trim my wick, even though it's wood?

It's recommended that you trim your wood wick at 1cm  from the surface of your candle before lighting for the first time.

Why Coco Soy wax?

Coco Soy wax has anti-shrink properties so your candle wont seperate from the jar. It also proudly boasts an even wall to wall burn pool as well as throwing a higher percentage of fragrance unlike most budget wax.
Aesthetically Coco Soy wax is the way to go, as it has a creamy finish which remains firm in between burns. Coco Soy candles will also continue to throw scent when your candle is not lit, this will help with candle longevity.  

Can I leave my candle to burn unattended because it's in a jar?

Not at all, never ever leave your candles burning unattended!

Can I burn my candles outside?

We don't recommend it, just because the beautiful smell of your new candle will just float off into the universe. 

Will I be able to smell my candle burning in other rooms throughout the house?

You absolutely will, another fantastic thing about Coco Soy candles are that they will throw scent throughout multiple rooms, as long as the doors are open.
